Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Regional Training Manager who can lead training initiatives across stores, enhance product and sales knowledge of store teams, and ensure a consistent customer experience while supporting overall retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery – 70% – Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-floor training for store teams including induction, product, SOP, and customer service modules; identify training needs with store leaders, track effectiveness through retail metrics, provide coaching, support store launches/campaigns, and maintain training MIS.
Content Development & LMS – 30% – Support creation of training content, act as regional LMS SPOC, curate digital learning resources, and monitor LMS usage and completion to improve learning outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exposure to digital learning and content creation tools such as Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint, and Vyond.
- Ability to create engaging training presentations and digital learning materials.
- Basic understanding of e-learning modules and visual content development.
- Familiarity with using digital platforms to support training and learning initiatives.
